Me

Welcome. I am Subramanya hegde studying BSc in Yuvaraja's college, Mysore. Since childhood, science has been my passion. My activities in Science include doing a kvpy project last year and was a JNCASR summer research fellow June-August 2011. Right now I am a visiting student of Raman Research Institute collabrating with R Srikanth of PPISR in his research over Quantum Measurement Problem and I am also collaborating with Dr.Swarnamala Sirsi, Yuvaraja's College, Mysore in studying Symmetric states in Quantum Mechanics. I was a participant at International School and Conference on Quantum Information Processing and Applications(QIPA-2011) at HRI, Allahabad and presented a poster on "Discrete Hilbert Space and Quantum Measurement Problem"
Quantum Measurement problem is one of my prime interests as I am intrigued by the determinism in the classical world and a probabilistic quantum world. I am puzzled over what might be the real nature of reality and how elegant might be its structure? And  I believe that whether or not we get an answer to it, Science is always the best answer than any other philosophy or faith. I follow feynman as he said
"I'll be more happy to tell that I do not understand nature completely than to satisfy myself with wrong answers"
